Illegal immigration part two. Part two is about presenting some of the issues we face. There is a lot to say about this subject and it will be the subject for discussion for a long while. The main focus will be on why we have the problem and some of the damage being done. Our country is made up of giving people. We have reached the point of over saturation. It is my belief that if this is continued this country will be facing disaster in the near future.
History
First I’ll give a little history. Part of the greatness of this nations is the product of many cultures. Our forefathers could see this and they set up a way for people from other countries could become citizens. They wanted the new people to be able to be integrated into what America is all about. For this to happen, prospective citizens were to learn about this country. They had to learn the language so that they could communicate with other Americans. When they did this they were allowed to apply for citizenship. This is not so today.
There was a criteria to be followed to be able to apply for citizenship. A person had to apply, study and then take a test. This allowed a person to have enough information to become a good citizen. This has changed. Many of our citizens vote, but are at the mercy of what someone else someone tells them. They don’t even now what a candidate is for or against. The Democrats in California are taking advantage of this. If politician keeps giving something for nothing, they are working for favor. This is tragic and corrupts our election system. Voting is a privilege and a responsibility for every American.
The good guys don’t always win
We are trying to be the good guys, and Americans have allowed laws to be changed that on the surface looks good, but are not. Citizenship does not require anyone to know the English language. Voting requirements have changed. Ballot boxes can be stuffed. The laws have changed so much that it is now possible to stack the voters and even for illegal immigrants to vote. Our voting system is flawed.
Giving sanctuary to illegal immigrants is not a benefit to American citizens and California lawmakers are breaking the law. They are hypocritical by expecting us to obey the laws that they make while disobeying federal laws. The citizens get fined while illegal immigrants get a free pass.
Solution idea
America, we need to challenge our politicians to get back on track and do the right time. We need to prevent illegal from crossing our border. What has been done is the past is not working. Something different needs to be done.
