Hate is taught. Prejudice is taught. I am a white person. Think about it. I was born that way. The choice wasn’t mine to make. . The same goes for a person that was born any other color. I have heard skin color labeled as Black, White, Brown, and Yellow. It wasn’t their choice either. My identity is that of an American. I hope that is how you think of yourself too. I was very fortunate to be born is this country.
Our parents (hopefully) teach us the difference between right and wrong. Stealing is bad. Lying is bad. Respecting your parents is good. Think about God. He gave a list of rules to follow. There were only 10 of them.
That’s right, only 10. The human, being what he is, has managed to distort them with interpretation. He/she (have to be politically correct) has managed to adjust these ruled to do what he/she wants to do or believe. We have a library of law books defining each word used. Words are no longer simple as many have multiple meanings.
Hate is taught by experience
As we grow up, we learn many things. We are not in a bubble. As we grow older, many challenges are faced. We have many experiences. The past experiences have helped create our opinions. As humans, we interpret what we see. From these interpretations we form feelings. From these feelings we like or dislike something.
Today, what we are looking at is hate, racial prejudice, and racism https://terrychavis1.com/index.php/2020/09/24/are-white-privileges-real/. The news media is teaching us that racism is prevalent in our law enforcement agencies. Encouraging mob rule is their game. They are teaching us something much worse. I hate being these teachings. Controlling the audience is the goal of the news media.
Think about this If you think that you are not controlled, think about this. Prior to the racial issues the big news stories were about mass school shootings. It was on the news every day. Inundating us with this is their tool. People reacted to it. Mass shooting were happening all over the country. How many mass shooting have happened since they were not the headline news. Now it’s the news media creating racial discontent. Don’t be led around like a heard of sheep.
Emotions play a big part in our thinking. I get angry when I see riots (called protests). A legitimate protest doesn’t harm other people. What we see is mobs tramping all over other people’s rights. prejudiced against black people. Don’t allow this to happen to you.
