Who is the racist. If you met a black person and didn’t like them, would you be guilty? What if this person was applying for a job, and you decided that you didn’t want them in your company. Would you then be a racist? If you didn’t hire a black person and hired a white person instead is that a problem? A black man may complain that the person doing the hiring is a racist?
What if the person being hired is a white man? What if the white man complains that the person doing the hiring is a racist. Has anyone came to any conclusions yet. Some may have while others did not.

Define the racist?
To many people make assumptions that are based on less information than given in this article. Many people are intimidated into taking the wrong action by the people that they associate with. Making the decision on who would be a racist puts you in the position of being a potential racist. There is not enough information in this article. Supporting any decision made with the information in this article helps cause racism. I don’t think that most of the general public is racist. Racism will always exist. Lets us keep it to a minimum. Intimidation and racism are things that I don’t like. It is something to think about.
